Still in ICU

Christen is still in the ICU this evening. They will hopefully let her go out onto the "floor" sometime tomorrow if her potassium level comes up. She will likely be in the hospital for the rest of this week. She is anxious to get out of ICU and to a normal room where she can have visitors. They thought for a while that she may have the flu but thankfully that turned out not to be the case. She has had wonderful nursing care in the ICU, for we which we are all thankful.

Please continue to be in prayer for her emotions and spirit as well as the physical issues. It is very hard to be in the hospital.

Thanks!
Steve & Debbie for the family

"Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for the gracious and compassionate and righteous man...surely He will never be shaken...He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. His heart is secure, he will have no fear." Ps. 112

These words came to mind as we prayed for you this morning. May God be your security, and may you be like David in this Psalm - steadfast, trusting in the Lord, and not fear the future. Hallelujah! We love you all!, Ben and Michelle P

Dearest Christin,

You are so much in our thoughts and prayers. "Blessed is the [woman] who endureth hardship because when she passes the test, she will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those that love Him, James 1:12."

Hugs and kisses,
